Peanut Butter Cups

This recipe is also from Jiffy Mix and is a hit at school and Church functions and all those kids birthday parties

(35-40 cookies)
1 pkg. "JIFFY" Pie Crust Mix
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup peanut butter
1 egg
35-40 mini peanut butter cup candies
Preheat oven to 350°, grease mini muffin pans.

Combine pie crust mix, brown sugar, peanut butter and egg. Mix well. Roll dough into 1/2" balls and press into bottom of prepared mini muffin pans. Bake 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven and place peanut butter cup candies in the center of each cookie. Cool slightly before removing from pan
